I accept the following insurance plans:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield of Rhode Island

  • United Healthcare

  • Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island

  • Aetna

    If I am out of your insurance network, I can provide a SuperBill that you can present to your insurance company for reimbursement requests.

    My out of pocket fee is $150 per session, up to 60 minutes.

  • Longer sessions will be prorated accordingly.

    Sliding Scale:

  • I’m happy to discuss a sliding scale fee.

    Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations and no-shows will be charged the therapist's full fee as insurance allows.

  • Cancellation fees may be waived if an appointment can be rescheduled the same week.

  • Exceptions may be made in cases of documented illness or emergency.

  • Cancellation fees cannot be billed to insurance and must be paid by the patient before another session is scheduled.
